Rest

For the final ingredient of the Ingredients series, Pastor Kyle teaches on the value and importance of rest.

Remain

May 22, 2022

Jesus' call is not just to come to Him and follow Him. This week we look at John 15 where Jesus calls us to remain in Him. Following Jesus is not a seasonal endeavor, but a commitment to remain in Him for the rest of our days.

Reproduce

The church often has many spiritual people, but not many spiritual parents. The call to follow Jesus doesn't end at following. It is His desire to make us "fishers of men." Our fifth ingredient that ought to be evident in the life of a believer is the lasting fruit of reproduction. We desire to be followers of Jesus that are also making disciples of Jesus.

Rebuild

Removing sin is important, but not the end of the journey. Sin leaves a trail of damage that can and should be restored in the life of followers of Jesus. We must be intentional with how we fill the gap where sin was removed.

Too often, we genuinely repent, have a season of growth, and yet end up finding ourselves right back where we used to be. It can be a frustrating cycle of seasons of hope, but not experiencing lasting victory. What does it look like to walk away from sin AND "burn the plow" so we won't ever go back?

Repent

April 25, 2022

The Gospel is so powerful that it demands a response. Like the audience in Acts 2, we may find ourselves asking the question "what should we do?" The response is clear. Repent from sin and turn to God. This message will look at what it means to have godly sorrow that leads us to the vital ingredient of repentance.

Receive

April 17, 2022

Happy Easter! This series will be looking at ingredients that ought to be evident in the lives of followers of Jesus. This is not a formula or a recipe, but ingredients that build off of and are enhanced by each other. The first ingredient in a follower of Jesus' life is "Receive". The grace of God is a gift that cannot be earned, but only received.
